Great to meet you!

After overcoming some of my own personal struggles by utilizing therapy, I began my career in mental health with a deep passion for helping people find healing and purpose through some of life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to work with people struggling with addictions and codependency, mental health issues, including bipolar, depression, anxiety, ADHD and others. My perspective as a therapist is eclectic, collaborative and client-centered, with each session thoughtfully tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.

My approach to therapy

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin. I’m here to support you in making this journey meaningful and empowering. When you feel ready to begin, I welcome you to reach out. I’m here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore, heal, and grow—exactly as you are. My communication style is warm, open, and down-to-earth. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe to explore whatever is on your mind. Whether you're looking for deep reflection, practical tools, or just someone to listen without judgment, I meet you where you are. I work closely with you to clarify what you want from therapy, whether it's relief from overwhelming emotions, building self-confidence, improving relationships, or making meaningful life changes. Together, we'll identify practical steps and deeper insights that help move you toward those goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and how I can best support you. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions and get a feel for how I work. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—this is your space, and we’ll go at the pace that feels right for you.
