Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience. I use a holistic perspective to treat multiple mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, interpersonal trauma, post-traumatic stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and bereavement, ADHD, mental health issues related to chronic medical issues, and changes following head injury. I strive to create a safe place where we can learn to trust each other in order for us to explore and achieve your life goals.

My approach to therapy

I offer person-centered therapy. I am a careful listener and follow your lead as to what concerns you. I will help you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors about these concerns. My approach is interactive and integrative. I mainly use CBT, psychodynamic, and existential psychotherapy approaches to promote your self-discovery and healing. I believe this integrative and person-centered approach will help you identify life concerns that interfere with your life satisfaction.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first session.

In our first session, we’ll have a conversation about what brings you to therapy, the issues and patterns of behavior that you are concerned about, and a bit about your personal background. We’ll continue to explore and address the issues and concerns that arise throughout our work together.
