Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns that are not shifting, especially in relationships, anxiety, and the impact of past experiences. Most of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, but find that insight alone has not created the change they want.

In our work, we slow things down and look at what is actually happening in your thoughts, emotions, and body. I use a trauma-informed approach grounded in attachment and nervous system work, and integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and parts-based work.

Therapy with me is collaborative and engaged. I will ask questions that matter and help you stay with what is important, while respecting your pace.

This work is about real, lasting change in how you relate to yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is active, collaborative, and grounded. I’m not a passive listener. I will engage with you, ask thoughtful questions, and help you stay with what matters, while also respecting your pace.

I work from a trauma-informed lens, with a strong focus on attachment and the nervous system. Together, we look at how your patterns make sense based on your experiences, and how they continue to show up in your relationships, emotions, and body.

I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and parts-based work to help you build a more steady and compassionate relationship with yourself. This often means slowing things down and paying attention to what is happening in the moment, rather than staying only in the story or analysis.

My focus is not just on symptom relief, but on deeper, lasting change in how you relate to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we focus on understanding what is bringing you in and what feels most important right now. I’ll ask direct, thoughtful questions to get a sense of your history, current concerns, and what you want to be different.

I also pay attention to what is happening in the moment, which may include slowing things down to notice emotional or physical responses as they come up.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll begin to clarify your goals and what direction makes sense.

My aim is to create a steady, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported and guided. By the end of the session, you should have a clear sense of how I work and whether it feels like a good fit.
