On the outside, you’re the one who keeps everything together. You show up, you get things done, and people likely see you as strong and dependable. But inside, it may feel like you’re overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or just tired of carrying so much on your own. Many of the women I work with are high functioning on the outside but quietly struggling with stress, self-worth, burnout, relationship challenges, or the lingering impact of past experiences.
