Great to meet you!

On the outside, you’re the one who keeps everything together. You show up, you get things done, and people likely see you as strong and dependable. But inside, it may feel like you’re overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or just tired of carrying so much on your own. Many of the women I work with are high functioning on the outside but quietly struggling with stress, self-worth, burnout, relationship challenges, or the lingering impact of past experiences. If you’ve been pushing through and wondering when it gets to feel easier, therapy can be a space where you finally don’t have to hold it all alone.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive space where you are fully seen and heard. We slow things down together, make sense of what you’re feeling, and begin to notice the patterns that keep showing up in your life. My approach is collaborative and grounded, helping you feel understood while also gently moving toward real and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to feel a shift, you can schedule a session through my online booking page. You don’t need the perfect words or a plan to start. Just come as you are, and we’ll take it one step at a time.
