Hi, I'm Catherine

I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) offering both in-person therapy at my office in Edina and Telehealth therapy across Minnesota. I specialize in anxiety & depression, relationship issues, trauma & grief and loss. I weave my personal and professional experience together in my work with clients including adolescents and adults (over 16), couples and families.

I utilize a client-focused approach, employing evidence-based therapies like CBT, to address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, perfectionism, codependence, narcissistic abuse and grief and loss. For couples, I use Emotionally-focused couples therapy, and my trauma-informed approach integrates ART and Pia Mellody's relational trauma model.

Seeking help when we're struggling can be difficult. The individuals and couples I work with are looking for support to make changes and finally get unstuck. I'll help you put a plan in place to help you move forward, and celebrate your successes along the way. I offer an inclusive, safe space with in-person or virtual appointments to suit your schedule.
