Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Indiana with 11+ years of experience working with adolescents and adults in outpatient therapy, community mental health, and substance use recovery settings. I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions—but a big part of my focus is helping people understand themselves in relationships, build healthier boundaries, and stop repeating the same cycles.

A lot of the work I do is about identity, self-worth, and learning what healthy connection actually looks like—whether that’s dating, family, or friendships.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is pretty laid-back and real. It’s a judgment-free space, and I show up as a human first. I do use evidence-based approaches like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, but I don’t make therapy feel stiff or overly clinical.

I’ll meet you where you are, go with the flow when needed, and also gently challenge patterns when it’s helpful. I also use appropriate self-disclosure in sessions when it supports connection or insight—so if you prefer a very structured, distant, textbook-style therapist, I may not be that fit.

I focus on:

  • Relationship patterns, dating, and attachment
  • Boundaries and communication
  • Self-esteem and identity work
  • Anxiety, depression, and coping skills
  • Recovery and emotional regulation

What you can expect from me

The first session feels more like a conversation than an interview. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what’s not working, and what you want to feel different in your life. No pressure to have it all figured out.

We’ll start identifying patterns, setting some direction, and figuring out what support actually looks like for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, comfortable, and like you don’t have to carry everything alone.
