Great to meet you!

I have worked in a wide range of settings providing therapy in schools, outpatient agencies with adults, and in home with parents (I am trained in the Nurtured Heart Parenting Approach). I work heavily within a relational lens, helping individuals feel better with their relationships with their partners/spouses and children. If you are struggling with a relationship or a life transition (hello postpartum moms and dads!) you've come to the right place.

My approach to therapy

I bring a warm, nonjudgmental, humorous, and solution focused approach to our work in order to help you obtain your goals and find a sense of peace in whatever form you are looking for.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel heard, understood, and empowered - which may be the first time you have experienced this within the other relationships in your life.

Together we will navigate finding a renewed sense of trust and fulfillment in your relationships whether they are romantic, familial or, most importantly, with yourself.
