Great to meet you!

I have worked with children and families for years, and want to use that expertise to help you understand your child’s behaviors as you attune back to each other. You might have found me because you’re curious how to best understand and respond to your child’s emotional regulation difficulties, chronic health issues, sibling conflict, or low self esteem. I help people and families know themselves more deeply, which opens up a space to be more authentic and playful.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me looks like using play, sandtray, somatic experiences, and EMDR to develop deeper connections between past experiences and present behaviors. Play is known as the language of children, but people of all ages can benefit from healing in a way that words typically cannot quite access.

What you can expect from me

Creating a therapeutic environment where your family feels playful and empowered is my ultimate goal. I'm a good fit for you if you're looking for someone curious, sincere, and understanding. If anything here speaks to you, I am excited to hear from you!
