Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel safe, supportive, and genuinely human. I work with women who may feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, disconnected from themselves, or simply ready for a change. My approach is warm and affirming, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and create a life that feels more like your own.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all way to heal. Together, we’ll slow things down, get curious about what you’re experiencing, and explore what your emotions, body, and nervous system may be communicating. I’ll meet you where you are, while gently supporting and challenging you as you move toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

I know that starting therapy with someone new can feel uncomfortable, so I like to take the time to really get to know you and allow trust to build naturally. You don’t have to come in knowing exactly what you want to work on or where to begin. I’ll listen without judgment and create space for you to explore what’s coming up at your own pace.
