Great to meet you!
Nobody was taught how to do all of this (life), especially in the current timeline we live in. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of combined experience in education and mental health. With a solid foundation as a public school teacher in New York City, I devoted a decade to nurturing and guiding young people before transitioning to the field of therapy in 2014.
For the past 10 years, I have dedicated my practice to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of life. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporating Dialectical Behavior-informed interventions, exposures, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I effectively team with my clients to address a range of challenges, including anxiety, relational issues, depression, ADHD, phobias, and OCD, as well as daily stressors due to life’s constantly changing nature.
