Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s from Columbia University, and I’ve worked across many levels of care, from community mental health to private practice. As a queer person, I especially love supporting LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who may have spent much of life feeling unseen, disconnected, or living with the impression that there's something wrong with who they authentically are. My work will focus on helping you understand how early experiences and systemic influences shape your current challenges, and empowering you to sift through that stuff to feel more confident and at home in your life. I’m also in the process of expanding my work to include equine-assisted psychotherapy — offering clients a unique way to explore relational patterns and nervous system regulation through connection with horses. Stay tuned!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. My style draws from parts work, trauma-informed care, somatic and nervous system practices, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral concepts, psychodynamic exploration, and brainspotting. Together, we explore what’s happening in the present moment while staying mindful of the deeper roots. Day to day life moves really fast, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe to slow down, and connect dots that may have long felt confusing or overwhelming. I find that slow space is the sweet spot where my clients find the path to the changes they seek.

What you can expect from our first session

Each client’s path is unique, but we often work toward a greater sense of harmony in the place where your problems are. Sessions may involve processing stuck stories held in the body, navigating emotions, celebrating successes, or gently growing capacity for what’s possible. Through it all, you’ll have a partner walking alongside you — someone who’s fully present, honors your pace, and helps you build the skills and self-compassion needed to create meaningful change.
