Great to meet you!

In-person appointments will be available starting October 2024 in Manhattan, New York.

Sometimes on this journey of life, we get in our own way. This can morph into a mindset or habit that no longer serves us. Does it seem like no matter how hard you try, there's a feeling of doom and gloom? Maybe you excel in one area of life but feel like you're far behind in another or feel ‘stuck’. I help Clients who have experienced these thoughts get to the other side of the progress they want to see.

My approach to therapy

I have worked extensively with individuals who've experienced varying levels of Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Substance Dependence, Self Identity issues, Imposter Syndrome, and more. I draw from different schools of thought to tailor my sessions and meet the individual needs of each Client.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're in the pre-contemplative or action phase of change, I provide guidance and support while holding you accountable to your goals. My approach is client centered and you can expect unconditional positive regard and a safe, judgement-free space. If you're still reading, I hope to hear from you. In our work together, you will bring yourself, exactly as you are, and I will encourage you to take what you like and leave what you don't! Let's figure this out together.
