I provide individual counseling to adolescents and adults. I specialize in caring for college students, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone seeking healing from difficult religious experiences. I seek to help my clients sort through past hurts, confront present challenges, and develop a greater sense of hope for the future.
My approach is person-centered, emotionally focused, and collaborative. I am not overwhelmed by strong emotions, difficult stories, and serious struggles. I can stay curious when the problem gets complicated. Together we’ll look at the heart of the matter and what might help.
I am committed to providing a warm and affirming space for clients to achieve their goals, improve relationships, and develop self-awareness. I cannot promise a cure, but if we do our work well you may find opportunity, growth, relief, and ease through therapy.
