Great to meet you!

Life is incredibly complicated, messy, and challenging. It can often feel heavy to hold, and that’s why you’re here. My practice is grounded in an anti-oppressive, body-liberated framework, with a strong commitment to amplifying all voices—especially those from marginalized identities and backgrounds who have carried the burden of societal expectations. Through our work together we can transform confusing or sh!tty experiences into meaning and growth. Though the path won’t always be easy, I can promise that I will be right alongside you as we unpack all that you have been carrying alone.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should be a safe space where you feel at ease to express your truest self, and my hope is that we can cultivate that together. I trust and value your own understanding of who you are and the experiences you've had. My therapy approach is rooted in empathy, creativity, curiosity, trauma-informed practices, inclusivity and humor.

What you can expect from me

We might work well together if: you’re looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, uses humor, brings out creative approaches from time to time, who uses the occasional swear word, and you don’t mind being challenged here and there.

When you're ready to share your story, I'm here to listen, validate, and support. Feel free to call, text or email!
