Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with thoughtful, capable women who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or quietly stuck on the inside. Many of the women I see are navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity shifts, fertility or reproductive challenges, or major life transitions. You may be used to carrying a lot for others and managing on your own, yet sensing that something needs to change.

I have over a decade of experience supporting women’s emotional wellness and hold a doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD). My work is especially attuned to the unique pressures faced by high-achieving, sensitive, and conscientious women — including professionals, mothers, and those in demanding caregiving roles.

My approach to therapy

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am both warm and practical. I aim to offer a calm, grounded space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or hold it all together. My approach blends psychological insight with practical, grounded tools to help you understand patterns, strengthen boundaries, and move out of self-criticism. Sessions together are collaborative and thoughtful, with the goal of helping you achieve a steadier, more sustainable way of living.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply a chance to meet and talk. You don’t need to prepare anything or have everything figured out. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My priority is creating a calm, thoughtful space where you can speak openly without pressure or judgment. I’ll ask some focused questions to understand what’s been weighing on you and what kind of support would feel most useful.

At the end, we’ll check in about how the conversation felt and whether working together makes sense. If it does, we’ll discuss next steps. If it doesn’t, that’s completely okay — I’m happy to help you find someone who may be a better fit. There’s no obligation to continue, however it’s quite common for clients to leave the first session already feeling relieved, clearer, and encouraged to continue together.
