Great to meet you!

I have been a nurse since 1985, with 5 children, and therefore, familiar with school, work, and parenting issues as well as mental health issues. I have been board certified as a Nurse Practititoner in mental health since 2024 and in family practice since 2014. I work with anxiety, depression, personality disorders (bipolar, borderline, schizophrenia) and have working knowledge of 504 and IEP plans. My office is child friendly, although I also see adults.

My approach to therapy

I work to facilitate the individual's coping strategies and problem solving by offering options, training, and education. I can offer medication management also.

What you can expect from me
