Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe mental health is an essential part of living a grounded and meaningful life. Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and high personal standards that often lead to negative self-talk. Through Essential Being Therapy, my goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build self-compassion, and reconnect with their essential being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, honesty, and compassion. I see our work as a collaborative process where we slow things down enough to understand what’s really happening beneath the surface. Together, we explore emotions, patterns, and the thoughtsthat keep repeating, especially the ones that keep you stuck. I’ll support you while also gently challenging the narratives that no longer serve you. Therapy with me is about reconnecting with yourself and learning how to live with more intention, clarity, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

Our first session might feel a little uncomfortable at first and that’s completely understandable; we’re just getting to know each other!

This introductory session is a chance for you to share your story, what’s been bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of our work together. We’ll take our time figuring this out collaboratively, with no pressure to have it all figured out right away. I aim to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being honest, vulnerable, and supported. From there, we’ll continue building toward goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you.
