Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Cat, and I work with teens and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally dysregulated, or disconnected from the life they want to be living. Many of my clients have always felt “different” or out of place, and are looking for a stronger sense of identity, purpose, and belonging. I have a special interest in working with those who identify as nontraditional, the “black sheep,” or anyone who has struggled to feel fully understood.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in existential therapy, which focuses on helping you better understand yourself and create a life that feels more aligned with your values, goals, and identity. Together, we’ll explore both past and present experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and make sense of the deeper questions you may be carrying. I aim to balance insight-oriented work with practical steps so you can create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space where you feel fully seen, supported, and accepted without judgment. In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s been going on for you and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to move through obstacles, build clarity, and help you feel more grounded and aligned in your life. I’ll be there to support you, challenge you when needed, and help you move toward a version of your life that feels more authentically you.
