Great to meet you!

I am a licensed bilingual Mental Health Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and specialize in culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. I believe every person already carries strengths and skills that have helped them navigate challenges. My role is not to reinvent the wheel, but to help you build on what’s already working while offering new tools and perspectives when needed.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based methods such as harm reduction, recovery-oriented models, and motivational interviewing with a deep respect for your lived experiences and cultural background. I see therapy as a space where you are the expert in your own life, and I am here to walk alongside you, providing guidance, perspective, and support.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that after each session, you feel heard, understood, and a sense of relief. Together, we will work toward greater self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and renewed confidence in your ability to handle challenges. Ultimately, my goal is to empower you to create meaningful changes, strengthen your resilience, and feel more in control of your life.
