Great to meet you!

My passion is help people to embark on a journey of change and emotional healing. In this transformative process, you can expect to face traumatic situations, in a safe environment and resolve your inner conflicts, from your past that will affect you presently. You will experience personal growth and change, as we partner together in your healing process.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a Master of Social Work and over 20 years of clinical social work experience. You can anticipate evidence based and empirically researched interventions such as EMDR, mindfulness/relaxation techniques and CBT. I am also a Freedom Coach and a believer. Christ Centered prayer is provided upon your request.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is holistic, I look at you as a whole person and together we inspect these areas and dive into ways to integrate and bring restoration to your mind, body, spirit. You will be informed on how trauma effects your life in many different ways, in addition to overcoming and assisting your mind-body into restoration.
