My approach to therapy

I work with clients within a specialty of care for adults and older adults affected by cancer, serious medical illness, major transitions, caregiving, anticipatory grief, bereavement, or prolonged grief. I also treat related anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, adjustment difficulties, and existential distress with medication management when clinically appropriate.
