Great to meet you!

You’re here because something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or just off. Maybe you’ve been strong for everyone else for years and you’re finally wondering, “Who’s taking care of me?” Maybe you’re in a season where you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. You might look fine on the outside—but inside, you’re tired, disconnected, or longing for a real change.

I get it. Most of the women I work with feel exactly that way before they reach out. They’re smart, capable, and resilient... but they’re also carrying a lot. Life transitions, relationships, trauma, people-pleasing, burnout, old coping habits—they add up. I help women slow down, and understand what’s driving them.

My approach to therapy

If you’re in a season where you want support, and someone who truly gets it, I’d be honored to walk with you. You don’t have to pretend here. You don’t have to carry it all alone. I provide individual counseling for women ages 18+ and use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-CBT, Mindfulness, Somatic awareness, and trauma-informed work to help you feel connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and tools they can apply in daily life. For women navigating the challenges of alcohol use or the lasting impact of past trauma, I help create a safe space to explore those struggles without judgment. Over time, clients often gain freedom from shame, a deeper understanding of how their past shapes their present, and the confidence to build healthier patterns. My hope is that you will walk away with renewed clarity, hope, and a stronger sense of who you are becoming.
