Great to meet you!

I'm a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen and heard. My practice is built around creating a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore their inner world, challenge old patterns, and move toward growth with clarity and confidence.

I earned my degree, from St. John Fisher University and have many years of experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship dynamics. My style is supportive, insightful, and adaptable —I meet each person where they are, whether they’re seeking structure, creativity, deep analysis, or simply a sounding board.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices, but I always tailor my methods to fit the unique needs and goals of each client.

If you're looking for a therapist who brings curiosity, compassion, and flexibility to the process, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative journey. I believe that healing and growth happen when clients feel empowered to explore their experiences with honesty and curiosity. My role is to walk alongside you—not to lead or direct, but to support, challenge, and reflect with intention and care.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating:

  • Anxiety and stress-related challenges
  • Life transitions (career shifts, relocation, grief, etc.)
  • Identity development and self-esteem
  • Relationship patterns and communication

My style is integrative and client-centered. I adapt my approach based on your needs—whether that means offering structure and tools, holding space for emotional processing, or helping you uncover deeper insights. I often incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and values-based work to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on building a foundation of trust and understanding. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any concerns or questions you may have. We’ll explore your goals and begin identifying the patterns or challenges you’d like to work through.

Clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where they feel seen and heard. I strive to create an environment that balances safety with curiosity—where you can speak freely and begin to explore your inner world at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin shaping a path forward that aligns with your values and aspirations.
