Great to meet you!

One of the most important aspects of treatment is the opportunity to be heard and to hear oneself, clearly, quietly away from the tumult of the life circumstances that can overwhelm and distract. Often circumstances in our lives inhibit our ability to do this. My focus will be to help you understand why you are feeling the way you do and how to move forward to attain the life you want. This happens when you are able to revisit and understand your past, clearly see your present and create goals for the life you want.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who have suffered a trauma, are depressed or coping with anxiety, life changes or family issues. I attended a three year training program at New Hope Guild working with children and adolescence. I also work with new mothers who suffer postpartum depression and early parenting concerns. My experience treating trauma survivors and first responders is extensive, from 9/11 to Covid.

My approach is an eclectic, integrative and holistic one, drawing on my 20 years experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities to serve clients from all walks of life. Each client's unique needs determine the nature and course of therapy. Together we will shape a plan to fit your circumstances.

My approach to therapy

I think therapy can help everyone, I engage in my sessions and provide an ability to hear what you have to say.
