Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with a Master of Science degree and a background in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, identity concerns, self-harm, and more. My therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where healing is nurtured through empathy, self-exploration, and collaboration. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working together to support growth, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My treatment methods are always trauma-informed and range from cognitive behavioral therapy, to somatic mindfulness, and solutions focused. I believe one of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel deeply supported and understood. I bring a grounded, calming presence and a strong intuition for helping people feel at ease, even when exploring difficult emotions or experiences. I’m skilled at helping clients identify patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I bring both clinical skill and heartfelt compassion to the process.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, collaborative space where they are truly seen, heard, and supported. My work is grounded in a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies with somatic practices to support healing on both the emotional and physical levels. My goal is to help clients gently explore past and present challenges, build practical tools for coping, and reconnect with their innate strengths. Sessions are guided by compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path. I believe meaningful change is always possible through connection, safety, and self-awareness. My hope is that our work together fosters not only relief, but also growth, resilience, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
