Great to meet you!

I provide compassionate, client-centered counseling using evidence-based approaches. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, and other mental health concerns. My practice is informed by a prior career as a Speech-Language Pathologist, strengthening my focus on communication, active listening, and individualized care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work alongside clients to identify their goals, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies that support emotional growth and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a supportive therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from counseling. I may ask questions about your personal history, mental health, and strengths to better understand your experiences. This session is also a time for you to ask questions, share what feels comfortable, and determine whether my approach feels like a good fit for you. Together, we will begin identifying goals and next steps for therapy.
