I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children adolescents, adults, and families. I have a passion for helping broken hearts heal. My goal is to offer hope and support as you navigate your personal healing journey.

I specialize in grief and loss, relationship challenges, women's issues, life transitions, mental health concerns, crisis intervention, and faith-based counseling. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward.

As a Christian Counselor, I am passionate about integrating faith into the healing process to offer hope, restoration, and lasting change. I use evidence based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, within a strengths-based, person-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic framework. My goal is to support each individual's unique journey toward emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being.

Having personally experienced grief and loss, I understand how overwhelming and difficult the journey can be. I'm incredibly grateful to God and to those who supported me in my own healing process.

In my work, I provide individualized assessments and treatment, coping strategies, therapeutic interventions, faith integration (if desired), access to community resources, and compassion every step of the way.
