Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, with a major in psychology from Smith College and a master's in social work from Boston College. My career has taken me through various clinical settings, including community mental health, outpatient addiction programs, primary care settings, and for the last decade, an oncology center where I supported patients and their families through the emotional journey of cancer survivorship.

As a provider with over 25 years experience, I have helped numerous folks navigate through life's unexpected challenges whether that be loss of a job, a marriage, a loved one, one's health or one's dream.

My approach to therapy

I am a solution focused therapist who uses a holistic approach based on a client's particular needs. I specialize in helping clients with addiction, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, intimate/romantic relationships, sex/intimacy issues, and medical issues/physical health.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and develop strategies to overcome the challenges you face.

I offer a discreet welcoming atmosphere for you to find clarity, support and growth no matter the issues you bring. I see challenges as opportunities to understand ourselves more fully and you will find therapy here as a collaborative journey where you will be met with non-judgment, confidentiality and respect.
