Great to meet you!

Hailing from Ireland, my path into mental health began with a deep curiosity about family dynamics and the patterns that shape how we live and love. I began my professional journey by completing my Master's in Counseling in 2012. Since then, I have worked across a diverse range of settings, including in-home therapy, a rape crisis center, psychiatric hospitals, and university counseling center environments for the past nine years.

To better support my clients, I have integrated EMDR into my skillset and am currently completing a four-year diploma in Existential Analysis (advanced candidate status). Guided by the belief that we are all on a journey of growth and healing, I find it a true privilege to hear people’s stories and help them weave new, freeing narratives that support who they are becoming.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in existential analysis, helping you explore meaning, freedom, and connection in your life. I integrate other methods as needed (CBT, DBT, mindfulness), meeting you where you are to build self-awareness, confidence, and the ability to face life’s challenges with authenticity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Taking this step can feel big, and that’s okay. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—your story, your needs, and what brings you here. Together, we’ll explore what support looks like for you and see if we’re a good fit to begin your work toward healing and growth.
