My approach to therapy

I’m here to help you explore your feelings and how your body responds to them. Review of complex life changes, traumatic events, chemical imbalances, thought processes and learning disabilities. I incorporate the client's experience with my expertise and evidence-based practice to provide an individualized plan of care for each client. So, if you're looking for a partner in your care, call or email so we can chat. Formal ADHD testing offered.
