I believe that every person has a purpose, and we all have strengths and resources we can draw upon to help us renew that part of our Self. I also believe that seeking help is never too late or too early, as our experiences inevitably lead to movement towards change in one way or another. Suppose you are feeling stuck with thoughts and/or feelings of worry, sadness, hopelessness, or feeling like you are repeating the same patterns over and over again. Whether your child is struggling or you're seeking help with behavioral challenges, I can assist. I draw upon my decades of experience, training, and knowledge to help you explore and increase the awareness and skill set needed to cope with managing these life issues and creating more "wholeness".

I draw from various therapeutic techniques within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Positive Discipline, Beyond Consequences, and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). I am very passionate about Developmental/Complex Trauma, as many of our life struggles stem from the messages that have been instilled in us about how we "should" connect with ourselves and others.
