Great to meet you!

I have had the privilege to attend and graduate with my BS degree in Family Studies/Child Development, with a minor in Youth Ministry. I also completed my MA degree in Professional Counseling.

One of my greatest passions is to help others understand and know the importance of making connections and maintaining with others. We have an opportunity to go on this journey together, the journey of healing or just to deal with life’s most difficult situations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I incorporate edge evidence-based counseling techniques such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness, along with a biblical foundation, I have been able to walk alongside teens, adults, and families through some of their most difficult moments. “It’s not how you start but how you finish”, let’s finish well!

What you can expect from our first session

Whether it's depression, anxiety, anger management, navigating through unwanted thoughts, grief and loss, self-worth, and correcting behaviors in children and teens, we can navigate through them together. With confidence, I can say that life is so much better in relationships. One of my greatest passions is to help others understand and know the importance of making connections and maintaining with others.
