I'm a social worker by passion and by trade. I consider myself to be a pleasure-wellness practitioner, and that informs my approach to therapy as well. For me, it's not enough to manage the "bad" - I believe you deserve to actively seek joy, pleasure, and happiness beyond the basics.

I specialize in interpersonal trauma, sex, gender, sexuality, and relationships. I am kink-affirming and poly-positive.

I believe in collaboration and shared expertise. This is not a situation where I have all the answers and tell you what to do. We will come together with all of the knowledge we *both* have to find a path that works for you. I am inquisitive, directive, and willing to challenge and be challenged.

You can expect to be allowed to be part of your process. You are allowed to say "I can't talk about that right now" and "what do you know about this thing?" and "I think this diagnosis describes what's happening for me" and we will explore those things together. You can expect transparency and honesty and my realistic opinion on whatever we are discussing.
