Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner in both Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, with advanced training at the doctoral level and extensive experience across behavioral health, primary care, emergency settings, and telemedicine. My clinical background allows me to understand the full picture of a person’s mental and physical health, and I integrate this knowledge to provide well-rounded, evidence-based treatment.

I approach care with compassion, respect, and professionalism. I believe that each client deserves to feel heard, valued, and understood, and I create a safe environment where individuals can speak openly without judgment. I take time to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and the rationale behind clinical decisions so clients feel informed and supported at every step.

My approach to therapy

I prioritize patient safety, therapeutic rapport, and culturally responsive care. Through supportive education and collaborative decision-making, I empower patients/clients to participate actively in their treatment and long-term recovery. I collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize clinical outcomes. My treatment model emphasizes early intervention, continuity of care, and structured follow-up to maintain long-term stability.

What you can expect from me

During their first session, clients can expect a structured, supportive, and comprehensive evaluation designed to understand their immediate concerns, history, and treatment needs. I begin by establishing a safe and respectful environment where clients can openly share their experiences, symptoms, and goals. My approach is calm, patient-centered, and nonjudgmental, allowing clients to feel heard and understood from the start.
