My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is being open, empowering and meeting you where you are. I approach therapy from a cognitive behavioral and solution focused perspective in which the thoughts, actions, and feelings that influence our behaviors are explored to better understand your challenges and to develop solutions. We will work together to develop individualized goals that are attainable and reflect your needs and strengths.
