Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am so glad you found me. I am a licensed creative arts therapist, which is just another kind of masters level mental health provider. I have experience working in outpatient community centers and inpatient psychiatric care, as well as private practice. I often work with individuals who are looking to explore their relationship with themselves, those who are experiencing burn out, and those who would like to regain control of their life.

My approach to therapy

Sessions start by identifying what you would like to work on, and going from there! I find that tackling the present stressors and learning the tools to help manage out of control feelings are a great foundation. With you leading, we may dive deeper into your relationships, self, and past. If there is an area that you get stuck on, I may suggest art making or writing, if you’re comfortable. There is no prior art experience required to benefit from participating in art therapy!

What you can expect from me

I pride myself on helping people help themselves. Goals will be collaboratively established, and as they are individual to you. I believe that you have the power to be the creator of your life, to harness your experiences and to help cultivate the change within that you wish to see, and feel your best. I value the autonomy and resilience of each individual, and empower you to take control of your life and navigate your challenges with strength and self-awareness.
