Hi, my name is Cecilia Andrews! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who holds a Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Houston and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University. I have experience working with adults, teens, couples, and families from all walks of life. I have worked with clients who struggle with various traumas as well as other mental health conditions.

My approach to therapy

I have experience with anxiety, depression, postpartum adjustment, boundary setting, and more. My focus is to empower clients as they encounter various life situations in order to take charge of their lives. I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, and various other modalities to customize a treatment plan for each client.

One main goal is to provide a safe space for client to come as they are, with no fear of judgement. Working together, the client will have the opportunity to learn and implement tools to work towards a healthier, happier life.
