Great to meet you!

My approach is simple: empathize, normalize, and strategize. My goal is to make accessing mental health care feel less intimidating by creating a safe, welcoming space where you feel seen and supported. Together, we'll navigate life's emotional, psychosocial, and practical challenges while connecting you with meaningful resources and tools that support your growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe one of the greatest antidotes to life's complexities is meaningful human connection. Through a holistic, person-centered approach, we'll work together to strengthen not only who you are, but how you show up in the world—with greater authenticity, confidence, and intention.

What you can expect from me

As your therapist, I am here to provide a safe, supportive space where you can build coping skills, grow your support system, and most importantly strengthen your sense of self. My style includes but is not limited to interpersonal therapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Humanistic/Person- Centered Therapy.

With a masters focused on trauma-informed care, I recognize that our experiences, environment, relationships, and biological factors all shape our mental and emotional well-being. Using a holistic, trauma-informed approach, I consider the whole person—not just the symptoms—to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and create lasting, meaningful change.
