Great to meet you!

You might feel misunderstood, overwhelmed by mood changes, or unsure how to navigate relationships in a way that feels natural or fulfilling. Whether you’re dealing with depression, bipolar patterns, or feeling “different” in social or emotional spaces, it can be exhausting trying to figure it out on your own.

I work with adults, including neurodivergent individuals, who want to better understand themselves, improve relationships, and feel more steady and connected in their daily lives. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, supported, and able to be fully yourself.

My approach to therapy

I help clients make sense of their emotions, patterns, and relationship dynamics so they can begin to respond differently and feel more in control.

Together, we’ll build insight, develop practical strategies, and create meaningful changes that support emotional stability and stronger connections. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to your unique experience, integrating evidence-based therapy while honoring neurodiversity.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood in the past.

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping to work toward, and what kind of support feels most helpful. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time—we’ll move at your pace in a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported from the start.
