My desire to calm the internal storm has increased my knowledge, experience and compassion within my career. I have over 10 years of experience working with children and families locked in the State custody system. I obtained a bachelor's degree psychology to understand the mind and how distorted thoughts can lead to unhealthy behaviors. I later secured a master's degree in social work to expand my knowledge and scope of services.

Because I realized that my clients deserved to have a knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive provider, I went on to obtain a license from the State of Tennessee and now I practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been practicing 2 years under my license; "come grow with me".

Everyone presents to therapy with a life story and that story tends to govern how they see themselves and the world around them. A past of pain, confusion, and trauma can lead to an unhealthy journey. I partner with my clients on this journey and help them revamp their story and restore healing while promoting growth. "Your story is your story until it's "not".

During your first session, you will be heard. My goal is to find out what your needs are and ensure you will get the support, skills and guidance you need to navigate your journey to healing.
