Great to meet you!

Access the benefits of psychotherapy from the convenience of your home. During these pandemic years, we have learned about the convenience of accessing mental health services without having to deal with the consuming, and sometimes stressful, commute times, and have made it more accessible to all through telehealth.

I provide Outpatient (not in a hospital or institution) Telehealth (via video or phone) psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, families, and couples who want to work on feeling better connected to themselves and others.

Our mental health is as important as our physical health, and it requires attention and care. I look forward to collaborating with you in setting personal goals, and identifying patterns that might get you "feeling stuck" in a particular situation or emotional status. I have experience in providing therapy in multiple languages -English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Hebrew- in the following fields: Adult ADHD, School Counseling, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship issues, Life-cycle events, Traumatic events, Infertility for individuals and couples, Immigration, Acculturation, Individual, Couples, and Families.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. Together, we explore emotions, patterns, and strengths to foster insight and growth. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, attachment, and systems theories, tailoring each session to the unique needs of each person or couple.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, couples, ADHD, (in)fertility journeys, and acculturation. My multicultural lens welcomes and honors diversity in all forms—cultural, neurotype, identity, and experience. My goal is to empower clients with tools, clarity, and self-compassion as they move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you will learn about yourself and, without much lingering, understand why some patterns and behaviors might have made sense for you at a certain time, and do not serve you in the present

In your first appointment, we will get to know each other and cover all the required paperwork, the modalities of the work we will embark to do, and set some initial goals and expectations.

I look forward to learning about you and finding ways to break these patterns.
