Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Cecilia! I’m a bilingual English and Spanish Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m happy you’re here. I especially enjoy working with first-generation adults and those navigating cultural expectations, family dynamics, self-esteem, boundaries, and life transitions. I bring a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach to therapy, and I believe there’s room for both meaningful conversations and a little humor along the way. My hope is that you feel comfortable being yourself as we work together on the things that matter most to you.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach, meeting you where you are and tailoring therapy to what feels most helpful for you. I draw from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, and inner-child approaches, with a focus on self-awareness, confidence, healthy boundaries, and creating meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and identify what you’d like support with. I’ll create a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, and together we’ll begin identifying realistic goals and a direction for our work.
