My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, because I know that you are the expert of your life. I work from a strengths-based perspective, supporting you in identifying and building upon your own unique strengths. I work with teens and adults facing a variety of challenges, including Anxiety, Depression, grief, and trauma. I draw on a variety of evidence based modalities, including (but not limited to) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
