Great to meet you!

Sessions with me are interactive and goal-oriented. My role is to help you stay focused on the changes you want to make by identifying your values and using them to guide your behavior. We'll also explore how your thoughts, emotions, and reactions are connected. I emphasize personal accountability and learning to focus on your self-regulation, insight, and self-awareness. I believe people thrive when they can anticipate their needs, advocate for themselves, and accept their limitations. I teach practical skills and techniques to help you manage the challenges that come with changing how you relate to others and how you engage with the world. My goal is to help you implement a plan that allows you to engage in the world in a meaningful way. I am here to help you determine what that means and what that looks like. I have witnessed many clients make behavioral changes that lead them into a full, grounded existence; even in the face of stress and complex dynamics.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, engaging, skills-based, and direct. I focus on helping clients identify their values, build emotional regulation, take accountability for what they can control, and learn about themselves. I draw from evidenced based practices like CBT, ACT, DBT, and attachment theory to support meaningful, sustainable changes.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away with practical tools, increased self-awareness, and a clear understanding of how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. They'll learn strategies to manage stress, set boundaries, improve communication, and stay aligned with their values. Client develop skills to help them navigate challenges more effectively and take meaningful action in their lives.
