Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20+ years of experience specializing in women navigating life's most defining transitions — menopause, midlife, dating, heartbreak, and the quiet exhaustion of holding everything together while slowly losing yourself. I bring lived experience, warmth, and a mind-body approach rooted in CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness. My clients often tell me they've never felt so heard and unjudged — and leave our first session feeling genuinely hopeful.

My approach to therapy

I blend talk therapy with mind-body practices — because healing isn't just in your thoughts, it's in your body too. We'll work through what's weighing you down, uncover patterns keeping you stuck, and build practical tools you can use right away. Some sessions feel like a deep conversation. Others help you reconnect with yourself from the inside out. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy — I meet you exactly where you are.

What you can expect from me

Come as you are — no rehearsed story needed. We'll slow down, make space for you to exhale, and start from wherever you actually are. Together we'll explore what's bringing you here and what you want to feel different. Most clients leave our first session feeling lighter, clearer, and hopeful for the first time in a long time.
