Great to meet you!

Providing psychotherapeutic services to my clients for over twenty five years has been a joy and privilege for me. Together we discover that life's challenges are also great opportunities for growth. While working in hospital settings, private offices and community centers, I've learned how to meet my client's needs so they can get on with living productive and gratifying lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is primarily humanistic. I believe that everyone yearns to grow and become the best version of themselves they can be, but life gets in the way sometimes. My job is to help my clients identify stumbling blocks and fortify their inner resources so they can move through and around them. While engaging in a collaborative process of self exploration and discovery, we find the best path toward a healthy and satisfying life.

What you can expect from our first session

I want my clients to leave every session feeling hopeful and empowered. I want them to have a greater appreciation for their strengths, and a clear pragmatic solutions geared toward meeting their goals.
