Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals through substance use challenges, emotional distress, and major life transitions. I provide a warm, supportive space where clients can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what they’re going through.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and substance use concerns, as well as those impacted by patterns of overwhelm, burnout, or difficulty coping. My approach is compassionate and collaborative—I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure or judgment, while also working toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I integrate practical tools with deeper emotional exploration, depending on your needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to better manage stress, build healthier coping strategies, or explore your relationship with substances, we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer telehealth sessions and aim to create a calm, steady environment where you can feel safe and supported.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and warmly welcome Spanish-speaking clients. También ofrezco servicios en español y doy la bienvenida a clientes que prefieren comunicarse en español.
