Great to meet you!

Hi, I look forward to meeting you. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing in both California and Florida. As a mother of 4 and a clinician, I blend both practical as well as evidence-based techniques to best support my clients.

I gained a myriad of experience at Emory University, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Casa Pacifica’s Center for Children and Families, Alhambra Unified School District, as well as two private practices while completing my doctorate. For my APA (American Psychological Association) accredited Doctoral Internship, I was chosen as a “Now is the Time Doctoral Intern”, a grant that was funded by the president in 2015.)

My approach to therapy

I am warm and collaborative, and emphasize building a strong therapeutic alliance while also identifying a client’s short- and long-term goals.

I recognize and honor that everyone is unique and processes at their own pace. I provide an eclectic range of evidence-based approaches that can be tailored for each individual.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for you to get acclimated with therapy and answer any questions. I will use this opportunity to gather information and understand what is bringing you in to therapy at this time. We will work together to create a path forward and plan.
