Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over twenty years in mental health, including inpatient, corrections, and private practice settings. I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship stress and recovery from unhealthy relationships/family dynamics, chronic pain/health issues, and medical trauma. My background blends evidence-based approaches with integrative mind-body tools, and I offer a grounded, judgment-free space for healing.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, practical, and empowering—often with a dose of humor when it helps lighten the load. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic methods, with optional EFT Tapping and Symbolic Imagery for clients interested in Jungian-informed, creative exploration. Together we identify patterns, calm the nervous system, and strengthen self-trust so change feels possible and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about slowing down, clarifying what’s been hardest lately, and setting priorities for support. We’ll talk through goals, gather context, and begin noticing how stress shows up in your body and relationships. You can expect curiosity, compassion, and practical next steps- just show up as you are! No judgement here.
