Great to meet you!

Starting your therapy journey can sometimes feel like you are climbing Mount Everest. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my role is to assist you in exploring various perspectives, learning coping skills to facilitate your progress, and connecting you with your inner resilience. Hi, my name is Ceila (say-la) and I am looking forward to meeting you.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client, using visuals, art, poetry, and music to explore meaningful themes. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and a trauma-informed lens, including EMDR training, to safely address past experiences and support healing.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can be awkward and intimidating. I like to explore what brought you to therapy, get a general picture of who you are besides the issue that brought you to therapy and work on creating a roadmap for our work together.
